Shipping policy

Discreet U.S. shipping

Every order ships from a U.S. warehouse in a plain box with no product names, imagery or brand markings on the outside. The sender line is neutral.

Cost. Free shipping on orders of $80 or more. Standard shipping on smaller orders is $6.90.

Speed. Orders are typically handed to the carrier within 1 business day and usually arrive within 2 to 4 business days, depending on your location and the carrier.

Tracking. You receive a private tracking link by email as soon as your order ships. Nothing in the email subject names the product.

Billing privacy. Your card statement shows MIAVELLE and the amount, never a product name or category.

Address problems. Caught a typo in your address? Email support@getmiavelleonline.com as soon as possible and we correct it before the parcel ships. If a package is lost in transit, we work with the carrier and make it right.
