These terms apply when you use the Miavelle store and order our products. By placing an order you agree to them.

1. Adults only

This store and our products are intended exclusively for adults 18 years of age or older. By using the store you confirm you meet this requirement.

2. Products and intended use

Miavelle products are personal wellness devices intended for private, adult use as described in the included instructions. They are not medical devices and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any condition. Read the quick-start instructions before first use, use a water-based lubricant with silicone products, stop if you feel pain or discomfort, and consult a healthcare provider if you are pregnant, recovering from surgery, or have a relevant medical condition.

3. Orders, pricing and promotions

All prices are in U.S. dollars. Taxes, where applicable, are calculated at checkout. Promotional prices may be limited in time or quantity and cannot be combined unless stated otherwise. We may cancel and refund any order that we cannot verify, fulfill or lawfully ship; you will be notified by email. Your card statement will show a neutral descriptor (MIAVELLE).

4. Shipping, returns and warranty

Shipping timelines, our 30-day money-back guarantee (opened or not), our hygiene-based no-restock rule for opened items, and the 1-year warranty are described in our Shipping policy and Refund policy. Those policies are part of these terms.

5. Intellectual property

All content in this store, including text, photography, graphics, the Miavelle name and the Bloom product name, belongs to us or our licensors and may not be copied or reused commercially without permission.

6. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The store and products are provided as is to the fullest extent permitted by law. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, our total liability for any claim related to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these terms limits rights that consumer law grants you and that cannot be waived.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Georgia, unless applicable consumer law provides otherwise.

8. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time; the version posted at the time you place an order is the one that applies to it.
